Not a good film, but Tweedy rules

So I was all excited about this, I love Wilco, I love Jeff Tweedy. I hated this movie. Discuss.

Yes, I've seen it, and I agree that the soundtrack kicks ass, but the overall film is monotonous, and I feel it failed to extend the depth of the meaning underlying the Chelsea walls. I dig the poetry, and some of the scenes, but I think Ethan Hawk tried to use too many regularly used techniques and never grabbed his own unique approach with regards to camera angles, opening and closing scenes, etc.. I would use this film as backdrop while I do my chores, but I don't think I need to soak anything extra in.

You don't watch enough movies. The answers to all life's riddles are found in movies.

Usually people who have no imagination end their post with the command "discuss".
