So what would happen to Bayliss?

Yeah, he confessed, yeah, Frank turned him in, but the guy he killed, murdered two women, and he did it online for the whole world to see, and he got off on a technicality. Nobody's going to be feeling sorry for the guy Bayliss shot, in fact there should've been more people screaming for his blood...and depending on what kind of judge he got, it wouldn't surprise me if he didn't actually get a lengthy sentence, probably 15 to life with the possibility of parole or something.
