The only thing that really stood out to me in this, and I may be mistaken here, early on in the piece when the crew is out on town at the strip joint the camera pans down across the female stripper's body and it turns out to be a man and the crew are just watching along not bothered. Sure there are stories about the Navy but come on...

Thank you for your clarification. Despite my western point of view, the reason I made the joke about the navy is because the stripper dances in an explicitly sexually provocative manner. I am well aware of the difference between crossdressing and homosexuality. However I plead ignorance on the fine points of these Asian cultures.
