I liked the film and all but it is a 15 certificate in the UK(on the ringu boxset)
It has no sex,violence,drugs,even only has *beep* once
Can someone justify the certificate

I agree, it should be rated something like a 12 (I'm not too familiar with the UK ratings), but it's because the rest of the movies in the box set are rated 15, and you can only get this movie with the set. Also, Ring 2 is actually a 12 (clearly states it on the old Tartan dvd), but it was rated 15 because Ring and Ring 0 were given a 15, and they were in the box set.

Yes but inside the ring trilogy boxset, Ring 2 is rated 12 on the disc, Sleeping Bride is rated 15 on the disc.
shareAre there any trailers on the SLEEPING BEAUTY disc? If one of the trailers is rated 15 then the whole DVD ends up being rated 15. Distributors sometimes use this strategy to get a higher rating like 15 or even 18, which makes their film more appealing to fanboys, especially if it's a horror film.
