dogs robbing a bank

I am trying to remember the name of a film I saw in the late 60's, early 70's where dogs, dobermans pincers were trained to rob a bank. I think it was a foreign film, and may or maynot have had subtitles. Can anyone tell me if this was the plot to the film el less wal kalib?
