What short cartoon on Pinwheel was this?

I've tried looking everywhere for this little short will no luck.

I have no idea the name or origin from what I can remember there was no dialogue.

It started with a young boy sleeping who was woken up by a Dragon. The dragon showed the boy a mirror and when he looks in it he saw a young princess crying. The Dragon then takes the boy and flies to the castle with the sad princess.

Since the last time I saw this I was around six my memory gets a little fuzzy after that… some how the dragon decides if the boy danced with the princess she would cheer up so he hand cranked a record player with a nice classical song. The boy and the princess danced but at times the dragon would mess up the music by accident, cause the princess to get sad?

I don’t really remember what else happened. All I know is this was my favorite (besides the room noodles cartoon) and I’ve searched EVERYWHERE trying to get info on this short. Typing in descriptions, or just key words and nothing , I so hope someday someone will know what this was, or who it was made by.
