Does Anybody Remember: Musical Short?!

This one has been eating at me for decades. I remember watching Pinwheel sometime in the mid-80s(around 85-86) and there was one short featuring a little jam session between two cartoon characters. I want to say they were playing horn/brass instruments(one might've been a sousaphone or trombone).

As a kid, after Pinwheel ended, my mom took me out for a walk I literally couldn't stop humming that song. I really wanna find it again, but it's an awkward request because it's so short, there's little to describe other than two cartoony characters jamming to the music they are playing. If I could write/play music, I would find a way to cover it just to ask anybody if they've heard that melody(I still know what it sounded like).
