It's not on DVD. I think many of us would love it, but seemingly there is a big hassle with attaining the rights to every little short seen on that program.
The DID release a VHS of it, I believe called "The Pinwheel Songbook", which featured, basically, just the main cast singing song. That's an old VHS, and extremely rare. Once in a while you'll see it on eBay and it gets pretty expensive.
Just type in Pinwheel DVD and you will find them. ;)

Hope it's not too late to join this conversation but there are six (6) hours of Pinwheel available on DVD from a website called Stuff I Like. The young lady who runs this website has taken those precious six hours and has restored them beautifully. I own these DVDs and I am VERY happy with them. Hope you are all able to pick up a copy.
