Why only English-language directors?
What about foreign-language directors like Pedro Almodovar, Wong Kar-Wai, Michael Haneke, etc.?

They have made their majority of their films in Hollywood, but they still have films in their original language on their cv. I'm hoping for episodes about Peter Weir and Wim Wenders. However, Wenders have made most of his american movies outside the studio system, so he ight not be found worthy.
