Was any of this shot on location?

I mean, obviously this was shot on the streets of Baltimore, but was it in different locations than they say in the show?

Every time they mentioned a specific location in the series, for example, Fayatte and Monroe streets, the main "Corner" in the series, I used Google maps street view to look at it and it never matched up. Obviously some things would change in the 17 years or whatever since they filmed this, but most of those old building should still be there. It's not like they tore them down and built new dilapidated old buildings in their place.
