I'm just about to go off to save Imoen and I've got Amoen Delryn, Minsc (of course), Jaheira, Yoshimo and Nalia. My character is a Wizard Slayer because I hate fighting wizards who cast annoying spells, such as confuse or hold. I think I will get rid of Nalia with Imoen later because Nalia is a slightly poorer version of her.

By the way, is it possible to make Amoen a Paladin? Is it also possible to do the sub-quests after you come back from the Island of the Cowled wizards?

No, Anomen cannot become a paladin except through one of the mods, something like Alternate classes, though the name escapes me. When he takes his test, his alignment will change,and if he passes it, his wisdom will go up, giving him better access to more cleric spells.

And as for the sub-quests, you certainly can finish them after you get back from Spellhold.

Thanks for the info, I don't want to complete some of the sub-quests without Imoen
