Hmmm, where have I seen this before . . .?

Surely I can't be the only one to have noticed the similarities between "The Trasher" and "Chaingang" the 400 lb. sewer-dwelling serial killer from Rex Miller's novel "Slob" and it's sequels.

Then again, maybe I am. The books aren't all that well known and have been out of print for a while. Still, this movie is a rip-off of Miller's character, and a crappy film to boot.

Yup, when I first saw it, although I never read the books, I did read the comic "Chaingang". Who knows, maybe with the success of "Sin City", a "Chaingang" movie could happen?!?!

Its also the plot of Halloween II and was the original idea behind Passion of the Christ.
