Don't let the naysayers fool you. This is an outstanding thriller mystery horror picture along the lines of Hitchcock. Superb production design, writing, editing, direction and acting. Applause for the effort all the way around.

no, its not the best Horror movie since 'Psycho'. I will admit it is a somewhat decent thriller, but the horrible dialogue really throws this 1 off-key.
For an abandoned asylum type of thriller - see SESSION 9, which is somewhat similiar to this & alot better.
i agree with moviecollecter - SESSION 9 was a good movie, kinda hard to understand but the last 5 mins made you understand what was going on throughout the movie \m/

This was the greatest movie OF ALL TIME.
Throw away Gone With the Wind, Intolerance, Whatever Happened to Baby Jane, Shane, High Noon, White Heat, Casablanca
and keep this.
OMFG finally someone who agrees! This movie was so amazing. The way the fat guy was stronger than a UFC fighter on PCP was portrayed so realistically. And i just loved how the cops at the end handle... well everything they did was done so well, but id mostly like to point out how they just started shooting at the chick cause she was moving slightly. Brilliant.

I strongly disagree with the topic, but I do admit that The Trasher looks like an even more hairless, evil version of Alfred Hitchcock.
