I seem to remember a sketch where there is is a house of people in the nude but there is always teapotsor goldfish bowls covering their bits. on one sketch one of the people is on the news and there is a banner covering their penis.

Was this on Chewin The Fat?

Nope, you got the wrong show there mate...I have watched all Chewin' The Fat episodes a thousand times over & that sketch just doesn't ring a bell... sorry.
