Why don't they call each other by their first names?
They always address each other by the first AND last names.
i.e, "How can you say that Gordy Rhinehart!?"
"Move it Angela Anaconda!"
and so on...

They do it because using first names only can be boring. It's fun that they use full names, especially as they're designed to be fun to say in a poetic way with rhyming and alliteration.
The names roll off the tongue like a single word:
Gina Lash
Johnny Abatti
With Nanette Manoir, Angela includes her surname because emphasises the stuck-up French-wannabe Nanette is.
And did I say the full names are fun (Which I THINK is the point of the show).
I never noticed that before, but don't really think it's weird. I have some friends who addres one friend always by his last name, and I find it hilarious.
