Why the Low Rating?

i don't understand why this film has been given such low rating. i realise it might not be to everyones taste but its a fabulous piece of cinema. its a faux documentary with a strong left-wing message but refreshingly also with its tongue firmly in its cheek! Baldwin builds this story around archive footage and creates a kind of future-shock where the US employ telpathic spies and are slowly taking over the wold through the might of electromagnetic technology... perhaps its not so far off the truth!!
but as long as you take it with the pitch of salt it deserves it worthy of an 8/10

the general population of the first-world isn't going to understand work like this. i knew what i was in for before i watched it, i was definitely skeptical but this movie is actually completely perfect.
