Why did Holly f**k with Chad and Nicole on that party?? WTF is wrong with the scprit? She dident even approve the party! She hated nicole! She found them f**cking in her bed! She was engaged with Reno! She wasent even drunk after coming home from work!

The movie was ok from the start, but christ it could have ended in MANY other ways without ruining the movie like this!! I pisses me off...

I agree, that remains a mistery. All we know is that she got drunk that night, and afterwards had sex with Chad and Nicole.

sharethe movie failed to suggest the sexual tension between them. but it did try to drop a few overlookabled obvious clues. but could not be too much because it would ruin the theme of the movie. (which was hardly believable anyway.)
if you go back and watch it again, you will see that Holly got Chad to be the roomate by her own. Why?... was it sexual attraction?
The whole situation was so poorly layed out. I think the writers were stumped for ideas on how to wrap up the movie and figured, why not just add in a poorly setup threesome.
Stranger things have happened than your roommates throwing a party and hooking up with your girlfriend when you're not around. I've seen worse.

I agree entirely. There is no way the character we were led to know would have done that.
It completely defied the balance of the film. Poor scripting I say. You just end up being annoyed with what happens and like the film less because of it!
Whats totally ironic about this film is the lesson on fidality, rather than the roomate cenario.
Both the 2 main characters here had jealousy problems right from the start.
Its also ironic that he could have had sex with Nicole at anytime but, resisted even when she came on to him.
What is upsetting is that it was holly, who suspected Nick of wanting Nicole sexually, when adviously Holly was thinking the same way. It should also be noted that one of the roomate want to bes, the ladie who did her Basic Instinct impression, Holly was the one who noticed it first.
I think that Holly is the problem character here. I would be interested to see a squeal, that deals with her sorting out her sexuality issues.
Like Holly said to Nick at the end of the movie, "its only sex i love u, i was drunk, says it all. She adviously got drunk & stoned after she got to the party.
She didnt even consider him at all, i never wanted someone to be dumped so bad at the end of a movie. Its not academy award material, but, i could see a squeal, or heck even a TV show, that redems something from this movie besides, discust, & humiliation. What happens to the characters after, could be a show. But, im not holding my breath, id dump my wife for that, how but U?

I think she was wanting to be more wild the whole time but was too afraid or something. She was angry for everyone else having a good time and deep down wanted to be more like them but she was trying to be the "good girl". She got drunk, and her guard finally came down.
