Where did Caitlan go?

On first viewing I was sure she took Pennys money and went back to Grant. But after a second time around I began to think she took the money and split to set up her own shop. Remember when she was giving Penny the "you could do this yourself" speech? Caitlan had been with Grant 10 years or more and knew how to open and "run" a room as well as anyone, Pennys wad would make a good grubstake for her to strike out on her own.
