If this was X-rated like the comic, it would have done better!

If anyone had seen the original comic series (I have them) they would agree that a completely Xrated version of the comic would have done alot better in sales.
When will a producer get the cajones to find some uninhibited adult actors to do the film justice?
The comic was DARK DARK and this was simply a dull version.

Quite simply the laws that govern live-action movies differ from those that cover printed material. If you did a live-action version it would probably be banned in every country and you'll have wasted your money. It probably wouldn't be very interesting either as direct adaptations don't always work.
