why does people hate this movie?

its ten times better than the spawn movie,and thats coming from a guy who 24 hours ago didnt even know about the whole faust-comic and this movie.

Yeah, it's really fun.
I could have gone without the flashbacks because I'm a hater of flashbacks but it was pretty good.
