Who's gay and who's not?
Which actors are actually gay in real life, and which aren't. My guesses:
Zach Braff- not (although MAYBE bi... he seems it in general)
Dean Cain- not
Timothy Olyphant- not.
Andrew Keegan- not.

Nope conventional wisdom says NONE. It was an issue in film-making. The big joke is NONE, and yet stupid folks will say, "I detected something". Turn off your gaydar. No real and honest performer would choose to appear in this for a strong GLADD reason. It was to smoke out the witch-hunters. You got caught in the net. Poor Tom Selleck got caught up in this horrible and litigious frenzy. Big horrible accusations, and no consequences to pay. How sad that we have people who can post and be anonymous. It is easy to speculate. I feel SOOOOO sorry for you. It is easy to point fingers.

Well, you know, my gaydar is usually pretty good and I registered a big fat zero on almost all of the main characters. They said gay things and used some of the standard mannerisms, but I wasn't at all convinced by any of them.
Once I came to terms with that, though, I did enjoy the movie.

Billy Porter (who played Taylor, aka the token black guy) is openly gay.
John Mahoney, Matt McGrath (who played Howie, aka the token nerdy guy), and Justin Theroux (the stoner who took Howie back at the end) aren't officially "out," but in Hollywood none of their orientations is a secret.
Isn't Justin Theroux in a romantic relationship with Jennifer Aniston? Maybe you're wrong there with your comments.
Not that it even matters either way. :)

the guy who plays taylor, the black one, is gay in real life
shareYeah, hahaha but he plays a gay man in everything he's in. He was very funny as twins in Scrubs (oops, they weren't twins ;))
Oh um and droche3, please don't feel sorry for me, I lead a great life. I was just curious. IT'S SERIOUSLY HARMLESS.

Nathan Lee Graham actually played the twins in the "Scrubs" episode ("My Cabbage").

no one cares about the black guy(s).
j/k...kinda [sarcasm]
Tell me something I didn't know.
Sister, when I've raised hell, you'll know it!
The black guy who played on "Designing Women" some years ago turned up in a gay movie I watched a while back, "Friends & Family." If he were not gay, he sure fooled me. I was sorry to read that he is now deceased. Mesach Taylor, or something like that.
shareMeshach Taylor was married, twice, to women. He also had four children. I highly doubt he gay. Not to say that he wasn't or couldn't have been, but odds are he was not.
shareJohn Mahoney (Jack) - yes.
