Started off good but just ended up a special effects commercial

I wanted to like this a lot but after a promising start the movie just came to be all about the special effects, and boob flashing. Jeffrey seemed lost and his character Herbert didn't have a purpose other than roaming the prison looking at the oddities.
No surprise this was the end of Reanimator movie series.
