R-rated DVD version cut?
Just bought the region 1 DVD. It's R-rated and looks cut. Anyone knows if this is a fact, and if so, are there an unrated version available (any region)?

I'm not sure either... but i did check out a film site called Zombiekeeper.com and they have the running time at 105 minutes and it being unrated. So there is a good chance that 10 minutes were cut in order for this film to receive an "R" rating.. but it definatly still has plenty of gore.
sharei checked the r rated r1 dvd against the russian dvd and the r1 is missing a bit of gore in at least 1 place.some gore is cut from the throat slashing scene near the end and it could be cut in other places as well although nothing obvious sprung out.
shareThe 105 minute copy is a rough workprint which was sent out to several websites to review, I don't think it was meant to be a final cut based on things I've read elsewhere.
However, I've read several things which said that only Spain would be receiving the true, uncut version, and, according to the IMDb, the Spanish version is a minute longer (which would be in keeping with 'Bride', where the unrated was exactly one minute longer than the R-rated).
