to the guy that said 'better than the second'...

What are you smoking?! I thought the second was equel with the first, if not slightly better for the sheer gross out factor. I was very disappointed with the 3rd. It felt low budget, but not in the good 80's way. It felt like a made for TV movie. The re-agent didn't even glow right. West was not insane sounding at all. In fact, he was by far the sanest. It just didn't seem like the same character. By the end of the film, the director was so obsessed with the severed dick joke that he pretty much made the movie unwatchable. I listened to the director commentary, and for the last 10 minutes, all he talks about is that stupid joke. On top of that, the movie wasn't all that gorey. Hell, what it did have, I can't even remember. Sure, I'd like there to be a 4th, but they better get a director who still has it. The way this movie felt remined me of how Return of the Living Dead 3 felt compared to the (brilliant) first. I'm sorry to the fans of this, but I thought it was a complete failure.

I agree, number three is way below the quality of the first two.

The 2nd one was pretty crappy, the third one is easily better. It's IMDb and Rotten Tomatoes score is better than the 2nd one, make of that what you will. Of course none of them come close to the first.

Really? Worst film you ever saw? Well, my next one will be better. Hello? Hello?

*mmm* I haven't watched the last two films for quite awhile, but I remember thinking that 'Beyond' was better.

I gotta agree, this one piss-ed all over Bride of Re-Animator, which was so tacky and nonsensical...Why would Cain suddenly be down with making out with a reanimated pieces...why would suddenly Herbert be re-animating only pieces instead of dead bodies :S And the sets in the last scene were LAUGHABLE, walls falling over.

The only thing I didn't like about this was the obvious Spanish origins...but it's sooo much more polished, the effects absolutely ruled...this movie rocks. It's not Re-Animator sure, and I'm sure House of Re-Animator with Stuart Gordon back will be the best sequel but I HAAATED Bride of Re-Animator.

Beyond was definetly better than Bride, but neither was, as said above, even close to the original.

I'm pretty sure bride was better because the awesomeness of West and Caine together...The script was pretty retarded but the two were such a great team. <3 A smexy team <3

That's not my problem, I sleep now.

Return of the Living Dead 3 was the best sequel in that series....sorry I disagree. The re-agent looked the same to me, it was gory enough if you watch the unrated version, and West has been in jail for 13 yrs.....I think he would've calmed down by now and he's older. I don't think it looked made for tv at all, it actually looks well made considering it's DTV. I think you expected too much out of this one.
