I was the scout. I actually said the wrong line, but over three takes, nobody ever corrected me - still my fault, but... Cleve kinda calls me out in the commentary... Oh well.
He was a very nice guy, and treated me awesome during the shoot. And the rest of the crew followed his lead. Had a blast doing it.
I met all three big actors. Nelson seemed a little stand-offish, but it was early in the morning. John Amos was really nice, had a scene with both of them. Didn't have one with Loggia, but had a chance to meet him, and he was a very nice and gracious man. I tried to back off and give him space a couple of times, but he just kept talking to me. That was special to me - After all, he's Frank Lopez.
I'm from, and still in, Chattanooga. The other scout was from Chatt as well. I can't recall his name, though. There were quite a few Chattanoogans in it. And
bng... the movie was released under a different title. It was called Against Time. Found now at Amazon for like a dollar. The only reaon I even knew it was out there is a cousin called my mom asking if I had been in a movie. He'd just picked it up at Blockbuster and saw somebody that looked a lot like me... lol
