Volume 1 and 2 are out now. I seen them at my local Wal-Mart for $10 each. 11 episodes each disc of the 65 episodes made.

I really dont think that downloading old homemade vhs rips of this cartoon is illegal. Remember the days of VHS? We would give the neighbor a copy of taped Simpsons, or (insert show name here). What is the difference between that and downloading? Save for the fact that actually walking to the neighbor's house is uneccesary now.
And what about the Warning at the beginning of tapes that we so blatantly ignored for years about the FBI getting involved from unauthorized copying of VHS tapes? HAHA! Imagine if they actually showed up at every American's door for giving a friend recorded episodes of a Saturday morning cartoon show?
Please, people, its time to get over ourselves.
