what would happen if Sonic did this to Scratch and Grounder -

what would happen if Sonic did this to Scratch and Grounder - case them to go into peices and puts each different part of them around the world, so they cant reattach? then what would happen, wpould that be the defeat of Scratch and Grounder? How would Robotnik feel if he did that?
