I swear if they havent thought about already, they will. I am not an advocate of remakes whatsoever (barring very very few exceptions), but I just see this as perfect remake fodder for the US especially since its done by a pretty edgy Spanish director. Japanese and Spanish titles have been remade the most so far...

shareJust saw this. It sucked. Hard. No way a remake could be worse. They should just stick with "mother is contacted by daughter who is presumed dead" angle and make it a murder mystery instead of going with that whole evil occult bullcrap.
Granted it started off good by the whole middle of the movie is nothing but talking and the last act is nothing but senseless stupidity.

Oh yes, the typical specimen of US remake : graphic horror instead of psychological horror, action instead of atmospheric style and, ice on the cake, a beautiful happy ending ! That's it, hmm ?
