Vasundhara Das is exquisitely beautiful.
Thank God for subtitles.
How can a film have such lovingly realised sequences of complete trippiness and horror, and yet fail to synchronise an actor's harmonica with the music soundtrack? Was that song & dance at the Club a trick?
Human beings just can't help themselves: race, religion, caste - any excuse for a dust-up.
Brilliant orchestral score.
People knocked for somersaults by bullets really does look a bit silly - but is this standard in Indian action films? I know it's not an action film.
Complex plots are rewarding for the viewer who concentrates.
I need to find out what else Kamal Hassan has done.

Some other Kamal Hasan movies I will recommend is Indian (Hindustani), Anbe Sivam, Michael Madhana Kamarajan, Nayagan, Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu. Those are just some few movies from his work but they all are masterpieces, hans down!

Hey, Hey Ram is a master-piece. You need to watch Abhay (extreme cinema :p), Anbe Sivam (Love is God), Nayakan, Hindustani, Virumandi, Pushpak, Appu Raja, Chachi 420 to start.
