Was it easy or really hard?

In this movie there are plenty of scenes where one of the females in the movie has to dress up fully suited in her protective biological/hazmat suit. The poor woman has to dress up in what looks like a full fitting rubber suit, with gasmask and air tank. I don't know how she could act in that gear and talk as well as breath. Top marks to her.

A few years ago, (just after 911), two of my girlfriends and I (I'm female) went to a disposal store and we all bought russian gasmasks and zodiak rubber chemical suits. We went home and the three of us put on our suits and masks to practice getting used to wearing them in case they were ever needed (thankfully not). My two frends wore them ok, laughing and mucking around, but on a number of occassions I completely freaked out, totally. Trying to peer out of my two gasmask lenses and seeing them suited up scared the hell out of me. I would hyper ventilate and screem inside my mask. Eventually they got me to improve and now I'm ok waering the suit, although nowadays it's never worn.

So what must it have been like for her, did she take to it ok or was she more like me. Any ideas??
