Does anyone happen to have the song... End of the Road by Hothouse Flowers?

At least, I think that's the song it is. It's the song that is playing as Charlie gets in the car and is watching Brendan as they drive away and then it plays during all the shots after that.

I've been looking for it everywhere!

The iTunes store has it, from the album Into Your Heart. That's the only mp3 I could find.
