Beautiful Thing vs Borstal Boy

After watching it just now after many years of knowing about the film, I thought of the same thing too. I just wished I had seen it in it's original release in 2000 had I had the opportunity. The performances were very good.
I loved the film despite many in the board who didn't.
I wouldn't say it's better, but it's right up there the alley of Beautiful Thing along with Brokeback Mountain. Hmmm, just a thought; these 3 movies have all letter B's titles in them. I would call it now my B movie trilogy or the
Three B's. all time gay movie. : )
