Patsy did not murder Jonbenet.Neither did her father,John. The DNA finally pointed out that it was no one in the Ramsey family,it was a outsider, but they havn't a clue to who it is,they just know it's not the ramsey family.

DNA pointed to nothing other than JonBenet coming in contact at some point in time with a male who was not related to her. She could have passed the DNA onto other parts of her clothing/body from her own hands.

Don't know who you think "they" are but the letter from Lacy "clearing" the Ramseys was the result of Lacy's exposure to limited amt of evidence from a civil case, not a criminal case. Keep in mind too -- Lacy's the one that said Kerr did it and she was proved wrong.

reply

DNA is all over clothing when we buy it because of all the factory workers handling the clothing. The DNA found on JonBenet's underwear does not prove a thing.....

reply

that was extremely interesting.

I definitely think the parents were involved.

The whole ransome note doesn't make sense considering they didn;t even wait for the money.

The whole thing points to Patsy Ramsey.

reply

Yeah, the ransom note is the huge HUH? in the whole case. I suppose it is possible that a kidnapper/s could just go into a house with the plan to kidnap a child, and then spend extra time WRITING a note. But the length of the note makes no sense, plus the fact that there was a practice note. And it's all done on Patsy's notepad. Most kidnappers are fast, in/out, take the child and run, and leave a short note.

It was really this ransom note that leaves my mind open to the possibility that Patsy wrote this note.

Jezebel! Flauntin' your flesh in temptation's raiment! You will burn. Oh, you will burn!

Exactly, and it has been said many times that the note matched Patsy's hand writting.

But why would Patsy kill her own daughter?

reply

Or John Ramsey? That's the $64,000 question. But how do you get past the ransom note if they are not involved?

reply

Simply put, she snapped. I don't think she intended to murder Jonbenet. We have a woman here who was incredibly stressed and on the verge of losing her nut. She was days away from her 40th birthday, it was Christmas night (a stressful day for most people who celebrate it), they had been arguing earlier in the day because Jonbenet did not want to wear what Patsy told her to (most likely an identical outfit to hers, which was the norm), and they had to wake up very early to take a flight and Patsy did not want to go.

So, you have all this pent up stress and frustration and then Jonbenet wets the bed. Patsy, in turn, flips out and starts to clean up the mess. While doing so, Jonbenet either slips or was shoved and hits her head on some sort of bludgeon like the sink or the tub. Patsy acts irrationally, not realizing Jonbenet is still alive but unconscious, and stages the whole kidnapping/strangulation.

What is really sad is that if she would have just called 911 and explained what happen, Jonenet may have lived and Patsy would have faced very little in terms of punishment from authorities.

reply

Um, why does anyone kills someone else? Because they're not right in the head. Obviously something in her snapped, and she couldn't hold it in anymore.
