I watched the Tagalog version and I disliked it even more than the English one! For those who don't know, Sakura is even more ditzy and loud than she is in the English dubs, and all of the characters have obnoxiously loud voices that just don't fit with the series!
Besides the Japanese and English dubbing, is anyone willing to venture a comment on foreign dubs?

Is CCS still playing in the Philippines? I couldn't find it on TV when I took my trip to PI the other month.

Erm well I get satellite in China but I watch a channel called Animax. It just finished playing the CCS series. You might wanna check out the webby cos there's a schedule on it and tells you when a series will play again f you search it.
