His voice rocks anyway! He should be brought back to do the future Mortal Kombat games! Much better than Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance...
Yeah, it is supposed to be Shao Kahn. I definately agree he was the best announcer voice and the current voice being used is absolutely terrible.

your exactly right... the announcer is FAR better in the old games than the new ones... but either way NOTHING will ever beat UMK3 (Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3) as it's by far the best fighting game of all time as far as im concerned. i wish they would do a new 2D fighting game of the mortal kombat series.
