What's the second to last (I BELIEVE) song playing? The singer's voice is very deep.

I was trying to figure it out myself, but I wasn't able to find songs online of everyone listed in the track listing on here and I don't remember the lyrics.

it is not 1979 by the smashing pumpkins
thats being played in the beginning when jonathan is riding his bike.
let me work on it and im sure ill figure it out.
