Help identifying which version I just saw..

I just watched the movie. Great fun, especially the ending. Somehow, I saw it coming... Not by far as violent as I was lead to believe by these message boards, though.

Anyway, the version I watched lasted 1:40:44, which apparently is about four minutes less than the unrated version. Funny thing is, I got to see the stripper drowned in poo, the gay man getting his throat cut and the dog being placed in, uhm, doggy style (pun intended, sort of). Seems like these are the scenes most likely to be cut, so I'm interested in knowing what I've missed and why somebody choose to remove four minutes of footage. Cause the unrated one is 1:45, right?
