Clever vegetarian chef
Anybody else think that the vegetarian chef was the funniest character in this movie? His jokes were clever.

shareVegetarian chef's humor was great. That was the famous Graham Greene. Great delivery on those lines.
The scene after the two leads have slept with each other and then are misinterpreting each others statements kinda fell flat. A more gifted writer could have made that work better.
Speaking of untapped humor potential, what about the scene where the mouse is crawling in the old guy's pocket and one of the women notices? Can't believe she didn't have some funny lines there. Such a disappointment for that scene to end early.
