Its true petitions dont work on their own but they might be enough to at least get the companies attention and think about what the fans are asking for. A company would never admit to paying attention to online petetions because that would cofirm they do at least something and after that you would see millions of petetions for all sorts of things...thats when petitions truly stop working.

Why wait... just go to e-bay and get both seasons in VCD format for about $35 US... the quality is good not great but I got them about 6 months ago... they could be on DVD there by now... in fact soon I will have transferred them to DVD.

If you go to Amazon.com and type Jack of All Trades in the DVD search, it will say that the item is not available. However it does say that you can enter your E-Mail address so that not only will they email that it's coming out when it eventually does, but it will also inform them just how many people are wanting the show released on DVD!
Everyone and anyone who signed the petition please do this too!
This makes a great deal of sense. While studio's are unlikely to pay attention to online petitions, the Amazon Sign-Up most likely is, since this is an indicator of the number of potential customers.

The Amazon thing isn't going to get teh show released. You are only putting your info on a mailing list to get news if it's ever released.
