Laughably Bad !!

This has got to be the worst film I've ever seen, the concept of using a substance my dad would use on a crack in the wall to save an entire city made me and all others I was watching with laugh our heads off !

Well, doesn't this say it all? Under "goofs:"

Errors in geography: New Orleans is below sea level resulting in a high water table. If you dig a hole a few feet deep it will likely fill with water. Yet in this movie the tunnels are 60-feet below ground and are bone dry despite being well below the water table.

In other words, anyone who understands ANYTHING about the region would've known better than to set this thing in New Orleans. Compared to the idea of a sinkhole swallowing up New Orleans, the idea of a nutjob creating massive tsunamis with seismic charges or a volcano popping up in Los Angeles is terrifyingly plausible.

Actually, I've seen much worse on SciFi on a Saturday night. :)

Though it is dark . . . know your flag . . . is still there.

it sure is one of the worst, stupid movies ever! Stupid story, bad actors (except of poor John Corbett who seems completely out of place in this nightmare of a movie), stupid acting characters, a too bad to be real bad-guy, the worst special effects since "10.5" with Kim Delaney - if it wasn't so sad that anyone really wasted money on making this movie and people actually wasted their time watching it, it would be laughably, yes.
