Most unbelievable city stand in?

A good deal of this film is supposedly set in 'London' - a London full of tropical open spaces with palm trees, brilliant sunshine, indian speaking Chinese waiters and obvious subcontinental architecture. This, together with the unconvincing plot and poor characterisation really ruined things for me. In fact it was an effect only partially redeemed by the bizarre third song (in which Dutt sings topless in leather pants, a enjoyably ludicrous fantasy sequence complete with formation helicopters and multiplying girlfriends). In fact I can't remember such a careless and inept casting of a major city. Perhaps the audience didn't care?
