Some kind of katydid. But the flying bit is CGI.

Of course I know that the insect is computer generated, but I still wonder if
there is an insect similar to this that is native to Spain? My curiosity was peaked when I saw "Pan's Labyrinth" which had an insect that looked very similar to the one in "Intacto". Is it just a coincidence that both movies took place and were shot in Spain? The bug in "Intacto" had the luminesence,
where the one in P.L. was able to turn into a fairy, lol! Other than those differences the appearence was VERY similar! Any Spanish members out there who have knowledge of insects?

B.T.W.: I love this movie, as did my friend. We watched it 3 or 4 times within a week or so and both found more meaning with each viewing! Max Von Sydow is awesome!!!!!

It´s a firefly, albeit a big one.

It looks to me like a big Cicada.

its just a big bug... which they spray painted with Glow-in the dark paint
