uniquely filmed, pretty, loved swain in it

just a few thoughts. it kind of reminded me of 'black snake moan' but i might actually prefer this one as far as southern movie where a girl is tied with a chain.

um....i was kinda disturbed when henry thomas's character beat her up but i guess i was supposed to be. i was just thinking where did that sweet boy from ET go? it was just...ew. but still. cool movie, cool scenery, cool music, everything.

maybe just a tad too long?
