I was watching one night a while back when one of the judges, I believe the older one with the gray beard, looked down at his dish and then looked at the chef (maybe Sakai) and said "I'm not going to eat that". Does anyone else remember this episode. The wife and I cracked up when we saw it. I was curious what the ingredient was in case it were to come on again.
