Question on one episode and the intro...

Hello,

There was an episode where the chef battling the iron chef was being belittled by his "instructor" who was drinking and eventually punched the guy twice. Then in the judging part, he made what seemed like a crude remark when a woman judge mentioned how the dish tasted when she put it in her mouth. He was taken away from the rest of the judging at that point. What episode is this one?

Also, in the intro, they always show a black guy wearing glasses but I have never seen him battle. Any ideas?
