Question re. Series 1 Episode 7 *SPOILERS*

I was watching this episode earlier today and was convinced that I had spotted a plot line, but it wasn't ever brought up.
I thought that perhaps Fischer had slept with the victim (Ditte), which is why he kept seeing her face and was acting so strangely? But then I remembered that he had asked La Cour about his sense of intuition and whether he was just seeing her face in a bid to gain an insight into her as a living person in order to discover the murderer?

Did anybody else think that they'd slept together or am I the only one?
