I was wondering the exact same thing -- didn't see anyone. Maybe everybody was worried about cops showing up and finding their respective cocaine stashes.
Sad.

No. Apparently in L.A. when someone gets shot, everyone in the group runs to the foyer and stands in as tight a cluster as possible near the entrance and then just stand there together and do nothing.

I don't think anybody rang for help. They were all so self-obsessed, shallow and narcissistic - I think that was the director's point.
