TIGGER IS INNOCENT!!!!

if you saw the video of tigger "punching" the kid at disney last week, it is so clear that he was provoked by the punk kid. it is clear that Tigger lost his balance cause the kid was pulling on his costume, which a union member said that resulted in the character being "choked".

and how much of a wuss do you have to be after getting slapped in the face? by padded gloves might i add.

I totally agree with you!
We need to create a petition or something and mail it to D-World to keep him from getting fired for doing his job! That kid is clearly a lying punk and his Dad is obviously a sue-happy con artist hungry for some quick Disney cash! Everybody knows that the Disney company is full of lawsuit-phobes who will believe anything to get a settlement!
I have watched that footage closely and read the statement given by Michael Fedelem (The man in the suit) which stated that the kid pulled on the back of the Tigger suit (probably looking for the zipper) causing him to lose breath and retaliate in self defense! If you watch the video, Tigger first grabbed the kid's arm with his right arm, the kid wouldn't let go, so Tigger swung around to grab the kid's arm with his left arm and the kid's pizza-face got in the way of his hand. That was a slight, open-handed pat (With padded gloves may I add) and the kid wouldn't have been able to feel any pain from it whatsoever! (Unless the laws of physics cease to function on that kid's facial bones!)
Also, if you've ever been in a mascot suit, you have limited frontal vision and NO peripheral vision! Tigger couldn't see where that punk was, so it should definitely be considered an accident! And it's good that Tigger hasn't apologized yet! Why should you apologize for something you didn't do!?

and what gets me mad about this even MORE is the fact that the kid first appologized to tigger, but THE NEXT DAY they went to the hospital. probably to get paper work trying to prove the kid was injured.

and if you look at the video, the kid has a grin on his face like "look at me, i am up to no good". and if you look at the video, tigger CLEARLY SLAPPED HIM. the sue happy dad says he punched his son. last time i checked, you needed a fist in order to constiute it as a punch, not the love tap that was executed.

i hope Justice is served to the family like revenge... served cold.

and i hope that the family knows that perjury is a crime.

it is stories like this that make me hate people.
