I don't remember exactly what she said, but when Lily Tomlin "interrupts" Bruce and his dad in the beginning of the movie, with something in her speech along the lines of "there are several irate and important people... blah blah blah... there is pandemonium.." Her delivery was perfect.
And yah almost anything Emily Mortimer said. :)
...and in conclusion, I would like to say that James Dean and Leo Gorcey are very hot.

I love this quote because even though Russ was successful, he knew that his life was "lacking" love and therefore incomplete. And Rusty was just worried about his future.

In a movie filled with funny ones, my fave line is not really funny but sticks with me: When Emily Mortimer realizes who Rusty is and she says, "I wish I was standing on the carpet..." and then faints.
