Did the grandparents end up together at the end?

I saw most of this movie a few months ago but ended up having to step out to run erronds and missed the last half of it. From what I saw, it looked like the two grandparents were falling in love......................so, did they end up together and raise Jacey? Did they decide to move to the city or stay in their hometown?
